1. Food & Supplement Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened or used food products are non-returnable
- Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
2. Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided:
- The product is unopened and unused
- The product is returned in original condition
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- An incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Refunds are completed within 7–10 working days after approval
